We meet 4th Wednesday of the month except for December. We met last year earlier in the month as a casual meeting ( 4th Wednesday in December is always going to be Christmas week when some of us get frazzled!) Time is 11am at the Guille alley Library, second floor meeting room. Meetings last approximately 45 minutes, followed by coffee in Dix Neuf or similar venue.

Cost: No charge except possible cost of obtaining the book for the month. Members source their own copy. We try to have a list covering several months in advance to give members time to obtain a copy of the book. Usually the Library has a copy/copies. sometimes they are available on the Library Borrowbox platform, either as an ebook or audiobook. We also share knowledge of other sources such as amazon or second hand book sellers.

There is no official deputy, but if I am unavailable I ask who will be at the meeting and request one person to "chair" and note those who attended. The meetings mainly run themselves....only very rarely is any intervention needed!
