Neil has the relevant information regarding applying for a permit (which is free). He can offer practical help and advice plus where we can or cannot roam. Only two pieces of equipment are required and they should last for years. Only a general level of fitness is required, this is a fun pastime in the fresh air with exercise plus the chance of finding treasure or a tin can.
