This group promotes a very different way of keeping active. The sessions take place at the Amalgamated Boxing Club in St Martins on a Friday morning: Group 1 :- 09.15 -10.00 Group 2 :- 10.15 - 11.00
You need to wear comfy clothes and trainers and bring a bottle of water. The sessions will last 45 minutes and costs £5.
