The venue for our drawing group is St Saviours Community Centre, in the Lihou Room, from 10.00 – 12.00pm on Wednesday mornings.

We are a friendly bunch and sometimes chat, and other times it all goes very quiet when we are concentrating. We all are free to draw whatever we each wish, but please bring along your own drawing mediums, pencils, paper etc. We all do our own individual drawings, and it is very noticeable how people are improving with practice, and a couple of us are exhibiting in the Eisteddfod this year.

We don't have a formal teacher as such, but our aim is to encourage each other and share what skills we have as a group in a relaxed atmosphere.

The cost is £5 per session, but the first session is free to see if you like it. Occasionally during the summer we will venture out to draw some of our beautiful scenery.
